The Petroleum Industry Bill

The "new" version of the PETROLEUM INDUSTRY BILL (PIB) requires a Strategic Impact Assessment (SIA) based on the widest possible informed nationwide consultations.
Also, it has many good contents but its host community provisions are a lullaby for the further colonization of communities by the oil & gas industry.
